The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Roles and Responsibility Manage front desk operations and ensure seamless guest check-in and check-out processes. Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally and courteously. Coordinate with other departments to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest relations and loyalty. Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions. Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives. Job Requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact effectively with guests and staff. Strong problem-solving skills are necessary to handle complex guest complaints and issues. Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of hotel management systems and procedures is essential. Strong attention to detail is needed to maintain accurate records and reports.
