Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Electronics Engineer located in Kochi. The Electronics Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing electronic systems and components for drones and related platforms. Day-to-day tasks include circuit design, PCB layout, firmware development, troubleshooting, and optimizing performance to meet regulatory and client-specific needs. The role also involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware and software solutions. Job Description: Senior Manager, Product Marketing Location: Kochi Department: Marketing Company: AXLDRONE Role Overview The Senior Manager – Product Marketing will be the owner of positioning, GTM strategy, market intelligence, and sales enablement across AXLDRONE’s hardware, software, and services portfolio. This is a cross-functional leadership role that partners closely with Product, Sales, Operations, and Management to ensure market success of every product launch. Key Responsibilities Product Positioning & Messaging ● Build clear positioning and value propositions for all product lines. ● Maintain consistent messaging across website, decks, proposals, and PR. ● Conduct competitor analysis and maintain battlecards. GTM Strategy & Launches ● Lead Go-To-Market strategy for new drones, payloads, and software releases. ● Define segments, use-cases, pricing, and launch plans. ● Ensure cross-functional launch readiness. Market Intelligence ● Track customer needs, regulatory trends, and competitor activity. ● Build market sizing, segment priorities, and use-case playbooks. ● Provide insights to influence product roadmap and sales strategy. Demand Generation ● Run digital, event, and partner campaigns to generate qualified leads. ● Set up funnel metrics (MQL → SQL → Opportunity → Win). ● Optimize channels based on ROI. Sales Enablement & Bids ● Create pitch decks, case studies, proposals, and tender templates. ● Train Sales/BD teams on product narratives and objection handling. Brand & Thought Leadership ● Strengthen AXLDRONE’s brand through PR, media, and events. ● Ensure consistent brand identity across all touchpoints. Partner Marketing ● Develop co-marketing with distributors, SIs, and tech partners. ● Create toolkits, co-branded assets, and joint demo/event plans. Metrics & Team Leadership ● Define and track KPIs: pipeline contribution, campaign ROI, adoption metrics. ● Lead a small marketing team and manage agencies. Qualifications & Experience ● 6–10+ years of experience in Product Marketing, GTM, or Strategic Marketing, preferably in drones, defence tech, SaaS, robotics, or hardware/IoT. ● Strong understanding of enterprise and government buying cycles. ● Proven track record in launching products, building GTM strategies, and enabling sales teams. ● Excellent communication, and presentation skills. ● Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders. ● Experience managing teams and agencies is a plus.
