*Job Title:* Collection Executive *Department:* Recovery / Collections *Location:* Ghatkopar *Employment Type:* Full-Time *Reporting To:* Collection Manager / Team Leader --- *Job Purpose:* To follow up with customers for overdue payments, negotiate repayment plans, and ensure timely recovery of dues while maintaining professionalism and compliance with company policies. *Key Responsibilities:* * Make outbound calls to delinquent customers for payment follow-up. * Explain the outstanding dues and available payment options. * Negotiate settlements or repayment plans within the authorized limit. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, commitments, and follow-ups in the CRM or CMS system. * Send payment links or reminders through SMS, WhatsApp, or email. * Coordinate with field officers if physical visits are required. * Escalate chronic defaulters or dispute cases to senior management. * Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets. * Adhere to compliance guidelines and avoid abusive or threatening language. *Required Skills and Qualifications:* * Minimum education: 12th pass / Graduate preferred. * 1–3 years of experience in collections, recovery, or customer service (Fresher with strong communication skills can be considered). * Good verbal communication skills in \[languages as per region, e.g., Hindi, English, Marathi]. * Basic knowledge of MS Excel or CRM systems. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. * Negotiation and problem-solving skills. --- *Preferred:* * Experience in collections for NBFCs, fintech, or credit card portfolios. * Exposure to tools like auto dialers, voice bots, or CMS dashboards. --- *Salary & Incentives:* * Fixed salary: ₹15000-25000 * Performance-based incentives applicable
