We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer with strong expertise in PHP Laravel (version 7 and above) to join our dynamic team. The role requires a balance of backend and frontend skills, with proven ability to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications, integrate third-party services, and deliver responsive, user-friendly interfaces. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain web applications using PHP Laravel. Build and manage RESTful APIs and integrate with multiple third-party platforms (e.g., Zoom, Stripe, Zoho CRM, Google APIs). Develop interactive, mobile-responsive frontends using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and modern frameworks. Manage relational databases and ensure data integrity, optimisation, and performance. Implement security best practices, including authentication, authorisation, and data protection. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on design, prototyping, and delivery. Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment pipelines to ensure high-quality deliverables. Core Skills (Must-Have): Backend : PHP (Laravel 7 and above), MVC architecture, Eloquent ORM, Blade templating, Artisan CLI, middleware, queues/jobs, events, notifications, authentication/authorisation (Sanctum/Passport). API Development & Integration: RESTful API design, XML/JSON, integration with third-party APIs. Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (AJAX, jQuery, Bootstrap; exposure to Vue.js/React preferred). Databases (RDBMS): MySQL, PostgreSQL. OS / Server: Linux, Apache. Version Control & Build Tools: Git (GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket), Composer, NPM, Webpack/Vite. Responsive Design: Mobile-first development, Bootstrap grid/Flexbox, cross-browser/device testing. Security: SSL/TLS, OAuth2/JWT/Sanctum, XSS/CSRF prevention, OWASP best practices. Desirable (Nice-to-Have) : Frontend Frameworks: Vue.js/React (for building SPAs). Performance & Scaling: Redis/Memcached, Horizon for queues. Advanced Server Stack: Nginx, PHP-FPM, Laravel Octane (Swoole/RoadRunner). DevOps & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions/GitLab CI/Jenkins). Testing: PHPUnit, Pest, Jest, Cypress. Design & Prototyping: Figma, Adobe XD (wireframes, UI/UX prototypes). Graphic Design: Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator. Collaboration Tools: Miro, Notion, SharePoint, Confluence.
