We are looking for a responsible, experienced, and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site activities for our interior, renovation, and construction projects across Delhi/NCR. The candidate must ensure high-quality execution, manage workers, coordinate with vendors, maintain safety standards, and ensure timely completion of school and commercial interior projects. Key Responsibilities Site Execution & MonitoringSupervise daily on-site construction and interior work. Ensure work is executed as per drawings, quality standards, and timelines. Coordinate with carpenters, painters, plumbers, electricians, and other workers. Inspect ongoing work and ensure proper finishing, material handling, and measurements. Team & Vendor CoordinationManage site labor and subcontractors effectively. Arrange daily manpower and track attendance of workers. Coordinate with vendors for material delivery and site requirements. Material & Inventory ManagementCheck quality of materials delivered to site. Maintain daily stock records and ensure efficient usage. Raise material requirement requests when needed. Project ReportingProvide daily site progress reports to management. Escalate challenges, delays, or issues quickly. Maintain site documents, checklists, and project logs. Safety & ComplianceEnsure safety protocols are followed by all workers. Maintain cleanliness and order at the site. Follow all company policies and compliance standards. 📚 Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 2–7 years experience as Site Supervisor in Interior, Civil, or Construction projects. Strong knowledge of materials: carpentry, paint, plumbing, POP, electrical, flooring, ceiling, etc. Ability to read and understand drawings/layouts. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Must be proactive, disciplined, and detail-oriented. Ability to handle multiple sites (if required).
