Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Mumbai, India. The Business Development Manager will develop and execute strategies to identify new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and strengthen market presence. Responsibilities include conducting market analysis, preparing and delivering client proposals, collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams, and monitoring industry trends. The role also involves maintaining a high level of client satisfaction and contributing to revenue growth. Requirements Familiarity with in-service requirements and technical solutions in industrial environments. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring consistent support and satisfaction. Ability to understand complex technical needs and deliver customised proposals. Experience in managing the full sales cycle, including RFQs, quotations, and follow-ups. Monitor industry trends to keep our strategies competitive. Participate in networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings Contribute to marketing, budgeting, reporting, and tender documentation. Focus on identifying and researching potential clients and market opportunities. Ideal Candidate Profile Bachelor’s or Master's degree with 5+ years of business development experience. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
