Documentation & Submission – Prepare technical and financial bid documents, ensure compliance, and submit tenders before deadlines. Tender Tracking – Maintain a tracking sheet for tenders submitted, results, and feedback received. Registration & Compliance – Handle GeM portal registration, vendor registrations, and renewals. Report Preparation – Compile tender-related data and reports for internal use. Requirements: Degree in Gas/Chemical Engineering or related field. Experience with GeM Portal and e-tender submissions. Good documentation, research, and communication skills. 2-3 years of experience (ideal); Freshers can also apply. Basic knowledge of the Gas Industry, PESO regulations and Gas Cylinder Rules (GCR) 2016. Skills in MS Office - Word, Excel and PDF editing.
