Job Description

As a Node.js Developer at Capgemini, you will play a crucial role in developing server-side applications and APIs. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing and deploying cloud-native solutions using AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, EC2, and CloudFormation. - Implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments. - Optimizing application performance to ensure scalability and reliability. - Collaborating with front-end developers, DevOps, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. - Monitoring and troubleshooting production issues in cloud environments. - Writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications: - Strong proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript. - Hands-on experience with AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, etc.). - Experience with serverless architecture and event-driven programming. - Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like CloudFormation or Terraform. - Knowledge of RESTful APIs, authentication (OAuth, JWT), and microservices. - Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline). - Understanding of logging, monitoring, and alerting tools (e.g., CloudWatch, ELK Stack).
