As an Assistant Vice President - US Participation, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business requirements and technology solutions, with a focus on the ACBS loan management system. Your role will involve collaborating with key stakeholders, including business users, product managers, and IT teams, to ensure that loan systems are configured and optimized to meet the needs of the business. Key Responsibilities: - Have a strong knowledge of loan operations, including syndicated loans, commercial loans, credit facilities, and related documentation. - Proficient in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements. - Proven experience as a Business Analyst with hands-on expertise in ACBS or similar loan management systems. - Develop and execute test plans to validate system configurations, ensuring that new functionalities and enhancements meet business requirements and quality standards. Desirable Skillsets: - Experience at dealing with stakeholders at all levels. - Excellent communication skills at all levels, including verbal and written. - People-centric, problem-solving, result-oriented, and customer-focused. The purpose of your role is to manage the implementation of strategic change initiatives to enhance the bank's operational efficiency.
