As the AVP Testing Specialist Versana Integration, you will be at the forefront of bridging the gap between business requirements and technology solutions, with a primary focus on the ACBS loan management system. Your role will involve close collaboration with key stakeholders, including business users, product managers, and IT teams, to ensure that loan systems are configured and optimized to align with the business needs. Your success in this role will be evaluated based on your expertise in loan operations, encompassing syndicated loans, commercial loans, credit facilities, and related documentation. You will be expected to proficiently gather, analyze, and document business requirements, drawing from your hands-on experience as a Business Analyst with a strong understanding of ACBS or similar loan management systems. Furthermore, you will be responsible for developing and executing test plans to validate system configurations, ensuring that new functionalities and enhancements meet both business requirements and quality standards. Desirable skillsets that would complement your role include experience in stakeholder management at all levels, exceptional communication skills (verbal and written), a people-centric and problem-solving approach, result-oriented focus, and customer awareness.
