Job Description

As the AVP Testing Specialist Versana Integration, you will be at the forefront of bridging the gap between business requirements and technology solutions, with a primary focus on the ACBS loan management system. Your role will involve close collaboration with key stakeholders, including business users, product managers, and IT teams, to ensure that loan systems are configured and optimized to align with the business needs. Your success in this role will be evaluated based on your expertise in loan operations, encompassing syndicated loans, commercial loans, credit facilities, and related documentation. You will be expected to proficiently gather, analyze, and document business requirements, drawing from your hands-on experience as a Business Analyst with a strong understanding of ACBS or similar loan management systems. Furthermore, you will be responsible for developing and executing test plans to validate system configurations, ensuring that new functionalities and enhancements meet both business requirements and quality standards. Desirable skillsets that would complement your role include experience in stakeholder management at all levels, exceptional communication skills (verbal and written), a people-centric and problem-solving approach, result-oriented focus, and customer awareness. Your accountability in this position involves managing strategic operational changes and initiatives aimed at enhancing the bank's operational efficiency and effectiveness. This includes collaborating with internal stakeholders, developing and implementing change management strategies, monitoring KPIs to measure business functions" effectiveness, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, and providing guidance and support to stakeholders throughout the operational change management process. As an Assistant Vice President, you are expected to provide advice, influence decision-making, contribute to policy development, and ensure operational effectiveness. If you have leadership responsibilities, you will lead a team in delivering complex tasks, setting objectives, coaching employees, and demonstrating leadership behaviours such as listening, inspiring, aligning, and developing others. For individual contributors, the focus will be on leading collaborative assignments, guiding team members, identifying new directions for projects, consulting on complex issues, mitigating risks, and engaging in complex data analysis.
