Job Description

You will be responsible for building growth product experiences and infrastructure to enhance the business across Mobile APP & Web platforms. Your role will involve owning the strategy, roadmap, and execution of key growth product initiatives that aim to provide exceptional experiences for existing customers based on data-driven customer insights. Your primary accountabilities include: - Developing a product vision and roadmap for driving X-Sell/Up-Sell of Financial Services through APP & Web Channels, in alignment with DMI's cross-sell strategy. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new products to drive higher X-Sell/Up-Sell/retention. - Ensuring end-to-end delivery of products as per the roadmap. - Strategizing customer engagement across various channels to address awareness gaps and friction points effectively. - Writing clear User Stories & product requirements and collaborating with the team on design/wireframe creation. - Prior experience in Mobile APP is a prerequisite. You will also focus on optimizing the product for customer and business needs through Funnel Optimization by: - Defining and improving relevant metrics to drive outcomes. - Setting and achieving specific KPIs related to product metrics such as activation, acquisition, conversion, retention, referrals, and revenue. - Conducting detailed product analysis throughout the product management funnel. - Enhancing various aspects of customer experience and monitoring metric optimization effects. - Implementing retention strategies and increasing engagement metrics. Additionally, you will be responsible for P&L Management by: - Maximizing customer lifetime value and managing the lifecycle for increased retention. - Improving the X-Sell ratio for Credit & Fee products. - Managing marketing budgets across channels to maintain blended CAC within the target range. - Overseeing the P&L for specific business lines. Stakeholder Management is crucial, involving interactions with cross-functional teams to drive Growth agenda and ensure proper implementation of product growth strategies. Qualifications include an MBA from a reputed institute with 5-7+ years of experience as a product manager, familiarity with various tools, and strong analytical skills. Your work experience should showcase proven experience in numbers-driven and analytical marketing environments, preferably in Fintech or banking sectors. You should be adept at iterative hypothesis-driven product development, stakeholder collaboration, and possess strong communication skills. An ownership mindset, problem-solving skills, and strategic insights are essential, along with expertise in testing methodologies and analytical tools. Proficiency in SQL, Advanced Excel, and optional R/Python is beneficial for this role.,
