AVP - Business Intelligence & CX Strategy

You are a skilled, innovative, and self-motivated analytics leader sought by noon Group to drive customer experience and business intelligence. Your role involves leading data-driven decision-making to enhance customer experience, process excellence, and business performance by collaborating with various teams to identify customer pain points, needs, and preferences. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing a comprehensive data strategy, ensuring data quality and security, designing intuitive data visualization dashboards, and communicating complex data insights to stakeholders. You will utilize data mining, advanced analytics, and predictive algorithms to improve customer experience, identify thematic trends, and inform product teams for action planning. As a Business Intelligence & CX Strategy leader, you will take ownership of key experience metrics, collaborate with teams to enhance customer satisfaction, optimize touchpoints, and manage projects efficiently. Additionally, you will lead and mentor a diverse team of BI and CX professionals, coaching emerging leaders to excel in their roles. To excel in this position, you are required to have a Bachelor's degree in technology from reputable institutions, a minimum of 8 years of experience with 5 years in a leadership role, proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools, industry knowledge in E-commerce, strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.,
