Role Overview: As an experienced Avocat in Fiscalit des Socits at EY Socit d'Avocats in Lyon, you will have the opportunity to work with leading clients in various sectors, both international and family-owned companies. You will be part of a specialized team focusing on tax and legal matters, providing a comprehensive approach to reorganizations, acquisitions, and general tax advisory services, both domestically and internationally. Your role will involve assisting clients in making strategic decisions related to taxation affecting their operations and transactions. Key Responsibilities: - Work under the supervision of an Associate within a team of specialized collaborators dedicated to the challenges of Fiscalit des Socits. - Participate in reorganizations and acquisitions projects with a multidisciplinary approach (tax, social, and accounting). - Provide general tax advisory services to clients, including recurring advice, tax litigation, and declarations, on both domestic and international matters. - Assist clients in making strategic decisions regarding all taxation issues affecting their operations and transactions. Qualifications Required: - Hold a CAPA after completing a postgraduate program in Fiscalit or a program at a top business school with a legal option, L.L.M, or Master 2 DJCE with a specialization in Fiscalit des Socits. - Demonstrated successful experience of two to three years in Fiscalit des Socits within law firms and/or companies, showcasing a strong interest in this field. - Excellent command of English, both oral and written, with professional experience abroad being an advantage. - Autonomous, motivated, and available, with a service-oriented mindset and strong interpersonal skills to integrate and adhere to the culture and methods of the firm.
