Role & responsibilities The Zonal Sales Manager (ZSM) will be responsible for driving sales, expanding market presence, and achieving revenue targets for Ayurvedic products in the assigned region. The role involves managing a team of Area Sales Managers (ASMs) and Sales Executives, developing strategic plans, and strengthening relationships with distributors, retailers, and healthcare practitioners. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's or Masters degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field. 10+ years of sales experience in Ayurveda, Pharmaceuticals, Herbal, Pharma, or FMCG sector. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Knowledge of Ayurvedic products, herbs, and formulations is an added advantage. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
