Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist. The role involves assessing, diagnosing, and treating children with speech, language, and communication disorders. The Speech Language Pathologist will develop individualized treatment plans, work closely with families, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support children in improving their communication and related skills. Ensuring progress documentation and adapting interventions as needed are key aspects of the role. Qualifications Proficiency in Speech Therapy techniques and knowledge of speech-related conditions such as Dysphagia Experience in diagnosing and treating Communication Disorders and Language Disorders Strong understanding of speech and language development in children Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with children, families, and team members Relevant certifications or licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist Experience in working with children with Autism or other developmental disabilities is a plus Compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach to supporting children's needs
