Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Full Stack Java Trainer located in Sangli. The Full Stack Java Trainer will be responsible for creating and delivering high-quality training materials in both frontend and backend Java technologies. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and conducting classroom sessions, evaluating trainees' progress, and providing feedback to ensure the learning objectives are met. The trainer will also develop curricula, update training content as necessary, and stay current with industry trends and technologies. Qualifications Proficiency in both frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and backend Java development Experience in database management and related technologies (SQL, NoSQL) Skills in developing and deploying full-stack applications Strong communication and presentation skills for effective teaching Experience in curriculum development and instructional design Ability to assess training needs and adapt methods accordingly Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Relevant certifications in Java and web technologies are a plus Previous experience in a training or educational role is preferred Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
