Its a Gis based organisation where we will have Good and comfortable work culture. Can have good balance between life and work. Salary and hikes wise dont expect more. Building and infrastructure its amazing. Got lot of trees, lot of space where u can sit for relaxation.

It's really a worst company I've ever seen.. Full of work pressure.. This company takes advantages of fresher people's. If you are willing to join this company..Don't do overtime work, because they will not give any compensation salary.. This company gives lots of stress.. vry bad and worst company in this world..

Don't attend an interview for this company. waste of time.they don't care how interviewer is suffering outside. After a two hour of standing in hot summer they call security guard and said we have completed the vacancy without any kind of interview.

I had an worst interview experience with Avineon. The HR Sunendra Reddy (associate HR) did not respond after the interview. He did not gave proper answer. I think the senior HR people did not gave proper induction to their team. They should give the feedback to the candidates as a primary basic thing.

Good in responding fastly.., but if u want to go interview in this company.., please go with any reference or go through consultants.., although if u go to interview without remembering these points.., that means ur wasting ur time by attending the interview...
