Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Technical Manager located in Kottayam, Kerala. The Junior Technical Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day project operations, providing technical support, coordinating research and development initiatives, and managing team activities. The role includes supporting project planning, ensuring timely task execution, and maintaining technical accuracy to meet organizational goals. Qualifications Proficiency in Analytical Skills to assess and resolve technical challenges Team Management capabilities to lead and motivate personnel effectively Experience in Technical Support and Research and Development (R&D) Project Management skills to handle project timelines, resources, and deliverables Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field Prior experience in engineering or technical management roles is advantageous
