Avature Tech Consultant Location: Bangalore (Hybrid) Experience Required: 4+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are seeking a technically proficient and solution-oriented Avature Tech Consultant with a background in HR Tech platforms, Salesforce administration, and database management. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Avature ATS and a strong ability to configure, enhance, and support the platform as per business requirements. This is a hybrid role based in Bangalore , offering exposure to global clients and an opportunity to work at the intersection of technology and talent acquisition. Key Responsibilities: Configure and customize the Avature ATS to meet evolving recruitment and talent management needs. Manage change requests (CRs), incident tickets (INCs), and RITMs , ensuring timely resolution and SLA adherence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements on the Avature platform. Handle end-to-end Avature project implementations , including form and workflow design, portal configurations, and system integrations. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the platforms functionality, user interface, and integrations. Support stakeholders with technical documentation , platform training, and user guidance. Maintain data integrity and perform SQL queries for reporting, debugging, or system validations. Work closely with HR and IT teams to align platform performance with business goals. Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 4 years of overall experience in enterprise systems and HR tech platforms. At least 2 years of hands-on experience with the Avature ATS platform (configuration, support, and enhancement). Experience managing user requests, workflows, portals, and task queues within Avature. Strong understanding of incident, change, and service request management processes . Working knowledge of Salesforce Administration (user setup, workflows, automation preferred but not mandatory). Proficiency in SQL database management and query handling. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with a collaborative mindset. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in HR Technology and Talent Acquisition workflows . Familiarity with integrations between Avature and third-party tools (e.g., background verification, assessment platforms). Exposure to cloud-based platforms and enterprise SaaS solutions.
