Job Overview: We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Architectural Designer / CAD Designer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, and 2D & 3D planning and structural design. The ideal candidate should be able to interpret client requirements and transform them into practical and innovative design solutions. Key Responsibilities: Create accurate 2D and 3D architectural and structural drawings using AutoCAD and 3ds Max. Develop design concepts, layouts, elevations, and detailed construction drawings. Coordinate with clients and engineers to understand requirements and ensure project goals are met Prepare presentations and walkthroughs for client approvals. Modify and revise designs to accommodate project scope and budget changes. Collaborate with the design team and contribute creative solutions to complex design challenges. Required Qualifications: Diploma / Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural design and drafting Proficient in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, and Photoshop Strong understanding of 2D drafting and 3D modeling principles Knowledge of structural elements and design standards Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans Strong attention to detail and time management skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience with 2D planing, 3D planing or other design tools Good visualization and rendering skills Basic knowledge of building codes and regulations Teamwork and communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
