Wish I could give zero stars. Avoid working with Avana capital and Trevor Terpening at all cost. They do not care about delivering on an agreed timeline after you pay your deposit. 3 weeks after deposit was paid they still didn't order the appraisal and 3rd party reports. Almost lost a deal because of these guys

Unprofessional people that claim that they fund for certain projects like solar and never deliver. To anyone looking for funding, don't waste your time with this company.
