Brief Description As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for responding to reservation related inquiries from guests and travel agents & driving sales of rooms / packages. Detailed Job Description Guest Sales Respond to guest inquiries across inbound channels (phone, mail, chat etc.) Identify guest reservation needs and suggest appropriate plans / packages. Answer questions related to property & destination (local attractions etc). Use sales techniques (up-sell, cross-sell) to maximise room sales, while maintaining a positive guest experience. Work with local travel partners to make bookings for experiences & transportation. Process all the reservation related requests (advance, refunds, modification etc) Review and implement new reservations procedures (as made from time to time) Travel Agency Sales Respond to reservation inquiries made by national & international tour operators / travel agents to drive room / package sales through offline channels. Manage the overall relationship with offline travel agents. Process all the reservation related requests from Online Travel Agents. Other Responsibilities Conduct pre-arrival calls to guests to check / explain hotel policies & services. Troubleshoot, resolve, and document guest issues and concerns from Property Operations team or from Travel Agents or escalate / refer to appropriate individuals. Use the property management system (PMS) to enter / edit data related to guest reservations. Key Requirements Willingness to handle inquiries over calls / mail / chat platforms. Willingness to travel to property locations ~ 2-3 days, every 3 months. Keen interest in hospitality, travel & tourism. Team player - develop and maintain positive working relationships with others. Property Manager kodaikanal, tamil nadu 0 - 3 years INR 0.32 - 0.4 Lacs P.A. On-site Full Time

Roles and Responsibilities The Property manager is a management position for our Own brand resort property (www.avadale.in). The position entails complete responsibility for operations & management of the resort. He / she will report to the Property manager and would be responsible for below listed actionable: Operations Management (front office, vendor management, inventory management, reporting / audit) Guest Interactions (responding to guest queries, call handling, review elicitation) Staff Management (overseeing the work of the Housekeeping & F&B staff) 4. Property Improvement (overseeing any property improvement projects) Desired Candidate Profile Age limit: 23 yrs to 28 yrs only Good communication skills, should be able to communicate in English Presentable personality in order to interact with guests Ability to handle team staff of about 6-15 people Basic computer / internet literacy (use hotel management software, upload docs etc) Previous experience in resort / property management is not mandatory Keen to commit to at least a 2-3 year time frame for the role Perks and Benefits Salary: Avg.
