Job Summary: The Solutions Architect will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing end-to-end system integration solutions for enterprise clients. The role involves architecting complex IT infrastructure, networking, audio-visual (AV) solutions, video conferencing, and cybersecurity frameworks, ensuring seamless integration, performance optimization, and security compliance. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise, strong project management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Solution Design & Architecture Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance system integration solutions. Define technical roadmaps, architecture blueprints, and integration methodologies. Assess and recommend hardware, software, and networking components to align with business needs. Ensure seamless interoperability between AV solutions, IT infrastructure, collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams, Poly, Cisco), and cloud platforms. Conduct technical evaluations, feasibility studies, and proof-of-concept implementations. Project Implementation & Technical Support Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth solution deployment. Oversee the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, including design, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Optimize network performance, security policies, and compliance requirements. Provide technical guidance and training to internal teams and clients on system operation and best practices. Client & Stakeholder Engagement Work closely with clients to gather requirements, present solutions, and address concerns. Develop and deliver technical presentations, documentation, and training for stakeholders. Stay updated with the latest trends, standards, and best practices in system integration. Act as a liaison between vendors, manufacturers, and internal teams to ensure project success. Qualifications & Skills: 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, IT infrastructure, or system integration. Strong knowledge of AV solutions, networking, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and enterprise collaboration tools. Hands-on experience with Cisco, Crestron, Poly, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Barco, Extron, or similar solutions. Expertise in networking protocols, security frameworks, virtualization, and automation. Strong understanding of audio-visual control systems, IP-based communication, and cloud integration. Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory): Cisco (Cisco Certified Network Associate(CCNA), Cisco Certified Network Professional(CCNP), and Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert(CCIE) Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) Microsoft (Azure Solutions Architect, M365, Teams Rooms Solutions) AWS / Google Cloud certifications Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), Project Management Professional (PMP), or Prince2 for project management Soft Skills & Management Abilities: Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Strong leadership, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing abilities. Preferred Experience: Experience with enterprise IT infrastructure, data center solutions, or smart building technologies. Background in unified communication, video conferencing, digital signage, and AV-over-IP solutions. Hands-on experience with AV automation, Internet of Things (IoT) integration, and AI-driven analytics.

The Senior L2 Engineer AV & VC Support will manage, troubleshoot, and maintain Audio-Visual (AV) and Video Conferencing (VC) systems across enterprise environments. You will be responsible for providing Level 2 (L2) support for AV & VC setups in meeting rooms, auditoriums, and collaboration spaces. Your expertise in AV hardware, software integration, network configurations, and resolving AV/VC-related issues will be crucial in ensuring the seamless operation of meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, and digital signage systems. You will handle escalations from L1 engineers, collaborate with clients, and troubleshoot issues related to AV/VC infrastructure such as displays, projectors, audio systems, microphones, and VC units like Logitech, Poly, Cisco, Extron, Crestron, etc. Additionally, you will support AV automation, room scheduling systems, and digital signage solutions, and perform firmware upgrades, configuration changes, and system optimizations for AV devices. In terms of Video Conferencing & Collaboration Tools, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and Webex. This includes troubleshooting camera tracking, microphone audio quality, and video feed synchronization issues, as well as configuring VC codecs, network settings, and room automation controls. You will also support hybrid meeting setups, including BYOD and soft codec integration. Your role will also involve working with IT teams to configure AV-over-IP, VLANs, QoS, and firewall rules for AV/VC traffic. It will be essential to ensure low-latency streaming, multicast configurations, and network security compliance. You will troubleshoot cloud-based conferencing bridges and integrate them with corporate IT infrastructure. As a Senior L2 Engineer, you will manage incident escalations, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement preventive measures. You will maintain AV asset inventory, technical documentation, system diagrams, and troubleshooting guides. Additionally, you will track service requests, escalate to vendors when necessary, and document firmware updates, maintenance schedules, and system health reports. Collaboration and leadership will be key aspects of your role. You will act as a mentor for L1 engineers and junior AV technicians, collaborate with cross-functional teams such as IT, facilities, project managers, and vendors, and participate in new AV project deployments, system upgrades, and proof-of-concept (POC) testing. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in AV/VC system integration, support, and troubleshooting, hands-on experience in enterprise AV environments, and large-scale deployments. Strong problem-solving, communication, and client-handling abilities are essential, along with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams. Time management and multitasking skills will be required to efficiently handle multiple escalations. A Bachelor's degree in Electronics, IT, AV Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is preferred. Certifications such as CTS, CTS-D, CTS-I, Crestron, Extron, QSC, or relevant AV industry certifications are a plus. This is a full-time position that involves on-site support at corporate offices and client locations, with remote troubleshooting as needed.
