Role Overview As a Proposal & Research Assistant at Avero Advisors India, you will play a critical role in identifying, analyzing, and responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) from U.S. government agencies. You will collaborate closely with our U.S.-based consulting teams to produce high-quality, customized, and compelling proposal documents. Key Responsibilities RFP Analysis: Review, analyze, and summarize RFP documents to understand requirements, evaluation criteria, and compliance obligations. Proposal Writing: Write, edit, and format technical and non-technical sections of proposals, ensuring alignment with client specifications. Content Development: Create and maintain a library of templates, boilerplates, and reusable content to streamline future RFP responses. Compliance Management: Ensure all proposals meet mandatory compliance requirements outlined in RFP documents (e.g., page limits, forms, certifications). Collaboration: Coordinate with subject matter experts (SMEs), project managers, and leadership teams to gather necessary inputs for proposals. Quality Control: Perform rigorous reviews to ensure proposals are grammatically correct, persuasive, and well-structured. Research: Conduct market research to enhance proposals with relevant data points, case studies, and industry best practices. Continuous Improvement: Recommend process improvements for the RFP response lifecycle to improve efficiency and success rates. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Public Administration, Business, or a related field. 0–1 years of professional experience in RFP analysis, proposal writing, or business writing (preferably for U.S. or government clients).
