Company: Auxilife Scientific Services Pvt Ltd Location: Pune Office Reporting To: Managing Director Job Overview: The Corporate Affairs Senior Executive will serve as a key support to the Managing Director, ensuring smooth coordination of corporate, regulatory, and administrative matters. The role involves handling corporate communications, compliance activities, stakeholder management, and administrative tasks to facilitate efficient decision-making and business operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Executive Support to the Managing Director Manage the MDs calendar, schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure timely follow-ups. Draft, review, and manage correspondence, presentations, and reports on behalf of the MD. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on matters requiring the MD’s attention. Prepare briefing notes, business updates, and strategic inputs for the MD. 2. Corporate Affairs & Compliance Assist in ensuring compliance with corporate governance, statutory, and regulatory requirements. Liaise with legal, regulatory authorities, consultants, and government agencies as required. Maintain company records, filings, and corporate documentation. Support board meeting preparations, including drafting minutes and resolutions. 3. Communication & Stakeholder Management Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the MD. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and industry bodies. Support media, CSR, and corporate reputation management initiatives. 4. Business & Administrative Support Conduct research and prepare analytical reports to support strategic decision-making. Track action points from leadership meetings and ensure timely implementation. Oversee special projects and assignments delegated by the MD. Provide general administrative assistance, travel coordination, and expense management. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s/Master's degree in business administration, Corporate Affairs, Law, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in corporate affairs, executive assistance, or governance roles. Strong understanding of corporate compliance, governance frameworks, and regulatory processes. Excellent communication (written and verbal), presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
