The Veterinary Surgeon will be responsible for performing surgeries, diagnosing and treating illnesses, conducting medical examinations, and providing comprehensive pet care. Daily tasks include minor and major surgeries, routine check-ups, prescribing medication, and advising on pet care and nutrition. The Veterinary Surgeon will also perform laboratory tests and procedures as part of the diagnosis process. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Staff Pharmacist located in Gurugram. The Staff Pharmacist will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing pharmaceutical care to customers, counseling pet owners on the appropriate use of medications, and maintaining accurate and confidential records. The Staff Pharmacist will also coordinate with veterinarians and other health professionals to ensure optimal pet health outcomes. Additional duties include managing inventory, supervising pharmacy technicians, interacting with clients, billing desk handling and staying updated on new medications and pet care advancements. Qualifications Valid Pharmacist license and registration Knowledge of veterinary medications and pharmaceutical care Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organizational and record-keeping skills Experience in inventory management Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records Ability to collaborate effectively with a healthcare team Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or related field Prior experience in a veterinary pharmacy is a plus
