Job description Website: Job Title: Location: Bangalore Company: About Us Role & responsibilities Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls in the assigned language(s). Provide accurate information about products, services, billing, and plans. Resolve customer queries and complaints within defined service levels. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through telecom communication and service quality. Document all interactions accurately in CRM or tracking systems. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor. Meet performance targets related to quality, productivity, and customer feedback. Adhere to company policies, compliance guidelines, and call handling protocols. Participate in training sessions and actively work on selfimprovement to enhance customer service skills. Preferred candidate profile Good verbal and written communication skills in English and relevant regional languages. Graduate or Undergraduate (as per specific role requirement). Prior experience in customer service / BPO / call center preferred, but freshers with good communication skills can apply. Ability to work flexible shifts, and rotational days off (Day Shift ). Strong problemsolving skills and a customercentric mindset. Comfortable working under targets and meeting performance metrics. Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate CRM or call handling software. Positive attitude, patience, and team player qualities.
