Automotive UX Designer

As a UX Designer, your role will involve ensuring that a machine's interface and interaction are easy and intuitive for users to understand and use. This will require designing visual elements, user flows, and the overall experience to create a seamless and effective interaction between humans and the machine. You should have at least 5 years of experience working in automotive and heavy machinery UI/Design. It is preferred that you hold certifications such as CUA and HFI - HMI or have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design from reputable colleges. Your expertise should cover HMI (Human Machine Interface) Design Principles and Processes, starting from Research, Information Architecture, and Navigation Model to Conceptual Design, Detailed Prototyping, Usability Testing, UI (User Interface) Specification, and Assets Creation. You should be well-versed in UCD (User-Centric Design) Process, HCI (Human-Computer Interaction) design process, and have extensive knowledge in User Data Collection Methodologies for Design Execution across all modules. Proficiency in UI Design Tools such as Adobe Products (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma is required. Experience with UI Design Simulation Tools like Figma will be beneficial. Candidates with previous experience in heavy equipment manufacturing companies like Hitachi, JCB, John Deere, or automotive companies specializing in car manufacturing will be given preference. Ideal candidates will have worked extensively on infotainment and display UI placed in heavy equipment cabins.,
