Automotive SW Systems Senior Staff

You will be joining Qualcomm's Automotive Team as a Senior Technical Lead, contributing to cutting-edge technologies in the automotive space. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the technical design and implementation of ADAS and AD systems using Qualcomm Snapdragon Autonomous/ADAS SoCs and HW platforms. - Collaborating closely with experts in SoC/Hardware, Firmware, Safety, Security, and Algorithms to define functional specifications, design software components, and interaction models. - Profiling and optimizing system-level end-to-end use-cases, identifying and addressing bottlenecks across computational units for efficient implementations. - Engaging with OS and Framework vendors, Automotive OEMs, Tier-1s, and ISVs to implement solutions based on Qualcomm Automotive platforms. - Leading, guiding, and directing a large group of technical employees for engineering deliverables aligned with business objectives. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field with 6+ years of Software Engineering experience OR Master's degree with 5+ years OR PhD with 4+ years. - 3+ years of experience in Programming Languages like C, C++, Java, Python, etc. - At least 10 years of experience in ADAS, Cockpit, EPAS systems. - Strong expertise in C/C++ and Automotive engineering. - In-depth knowledge of QNX/Linux operating systems and device driver development. - Experience in ADAS Driving Functions, Firmware, and Embedded Systems design. - Ability to define business strategies and roadmaps for the ADAS Segment. - Hands-on experience with ADAS DMS (Driver Monitoring system). - Experience in driving key POCs for multiple SoCs and in-vehicle platforms, enhancing product scalability and technical innovation for Software Defined Vehicle architecture.,
