Role Overview: As a Senior Technician, you should have 7+ years of workshop experience, expertise in major mechanical repairs such as engine timing, gearbox overhauls, injector replacements, and more. You are expected to possess strong diagnostic skills and a deep understanding of drivetrain systems. It is preferred to have ASC (Authorized Service Centre) certification. Prior experience working on Volkswagen Group, BMW, or Mercedes-Benz vehicles is highly desirable. As a Junior Technician, you are expected to have 2+ years of workshop experience with the ability to independently carry out basic maintenance and mechanical jobs including suspension work, brake services, oil changes, and other minor repairs. You should have a solid understanding of workshop tools and procedures. ASC certification will be advantageous. Experience with VW Group, BMW, or Mercedes-Benz vehicles is a plus.
