Automotive Electrician

As an Automotive Electrician at Popular Commercial TATA Motors in Kannur, you will play a key role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems in commercial vehicles such as trucks and buses. Your responsibilities will include: - Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults in commercial vehicles - Installing and maintaining electrical components like wiring, lighting systems, alternators, starters, batteries, and sensors - Using diagnostic tools and equipment to identify electrical issues - Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams and technical manuals - Ensuring all repairs meet TATA Motors quality and safety standards - Collaborating with mechanics and service advisors for complete vehicle care - Maintaining service records and updating job cards - Following company safety protocols and workshop discipline To qualify for this role, you should have: - ITI/Diploma in Automobile/Electrical or related field - Minimum 1-3 years of experience as an Automotive Electrician (preferably with commercial vehicles) - Strong understanding of automotive electrical systems - Ability to use diagnostic tools such as scanners and multimeters - Problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Preferred qualifications include experience with vehicles and a valid LMV license.
