Automotive Digital Cockpit Functional Leader

As a Digital Cockpit Functional Leader, you will be responsible for managing the specification development of the Digital Cockpit system for an OEM. With 5-20 years of experience, you will lead the development of detailed system specifications based on OEM requirements, project objectives, and technical constraints. Your role will involve working closely with stakeholders to gather system requirements, including functional, non-functional, HMI & UX aspects, and conducting reviews and validation of specifications to ensure accuracy, completeness, and feasibility. Additionally, you will be required to handle changes to system requirements, update documentation, and track the changes till closure. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics or Computer Science and possess language competency in English and Japanese (JLPT N3 level or higher). You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in IVI or Cluster System Specification Development and automotive system development. Proficiency in IVI, Cluster, or HUD features and system specifications, as well as experience in leading System Design Reviews, are essential requirements for this role. Previous involvement in at least one mass production program for IVI or Cluster is desired. As part of your responsibilities, you will engage with OEM customers, function owners, and other stakeholders to gather and understand system requirements. Strong communication skills in English and Japanese are mandatory for effective coordination with stakeholders. Being willing to travel and work in India is a requirement for this position.
