As a Project Manager at RNTBCI PL, you will be responsible for preparing project plans, obtaining management approval, and applying project resources according to the approved plan. Your role will involve estimating and managing workload within the team, supporting overall coordination and planning of Vehicle-CAE activities, and analyzing risks to initiate avoidance activities. Additionally, you will establish contingency plans, identify trigger events, and take responsibility for initiating corrective actions. You will play a key role in tracking and reporting on project/KPI progress to the plan, coordinating management and technical decisions with the manager, and providing technical guidance and mentoring as necessary. Inspiring the team to implement innovative ideas to improve products, processes, tools, and knowledge management will be an essential part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will actively contribute to the development and deployment of engineering processes, working methods, and best practices. To be successful in this role, you should have 8-10 years of experience in CAE Crash & Safety, possess good technical skills in Automotive CAE, and demonstrate proficiency in Vehicle Performance & Vehicle Knowledge. Experience in resolving vehicle issues using CAE techniques, along with proficient skills in project and team management, will be crucial. You should also be able to make presentations or reports to customers with confidence. Personal characteristics and behaviors that are essential for this role include strong communication and interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, anticipation, challenging behavior, ability to work with deadlines and without supervision, ability to influence others and create cohesive groups, as well as strong analytical skills and logical thinking.
