Automation Testing Junior Analyst

As an Automation Tester at our company in Coimbatore, India, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications through automation. Your dedication and attention to detail will be essential in maintaining seamless performance across various projects. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium WebDriver or equivalent. - Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for web and software applications. - Identify, document, and track defects, collaborating closely with developers for timely resolutions. - Enhance and optimize existing automation frameworks. - Participate in requirement analysis, test planning, and test strategy discussions. - Ensure thorough documentation of test cases, results, and reports. - Support continuous improvement of QA processes and automation coverage. **Required Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. - Academic performance: Minimum 80% in both school and college. - Strong understanding of software testing fundamentals, SDLC, and STLC. - Hands-on knowledge of Selenium, Java/Python, or equivalent automation tools/languages. - Familiarity with testing frameworks like TestNG, JUnit, or Cucumber. - Good analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. In addition to the above qualifications, experience with Postman, API testing, RESTful services, CI/CD pipelines, version control tools like Git, and bug tracking tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla will be advantageous. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, basic understanding of SQL, and database testing will also be beneficial for this role.,
