Automation Sr Tester

NTT Data Services is looking to hire an Automation Tester to join their team in Bangalore/Chennai. As an Automation Tester at NTT DATA, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of web applications through automation testing using Selenium driver. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience as a test engineer and possess a strong understanding of Java for writing selenium test cases using tools like Eclipse or InteliJ. Responsibilities will include actively participating in Agile projects, being part of a larger scrum team, and effectively communicating with business and development stakeholders. It is essential for the Automation Tester to have hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Zephyr, Postman for API testing, Bitbucket, and Confluence. Working knowledge of Playwright as a testing tool is highly preferred, along with exposure to GenAI tools like Copilots and LLMs. Proficiency in Python is also a preferred skill for this role. The successful candidate will be expected to work Monday to Friday from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST, with flexibility for shift changes based on client requirements. Additionally, there may be a need for overtime and weekend work as per business needs. Strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and articulate concerns effectively are key attributes for this position.
