Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Automation Engineer to lead the automation of MIS reporting dashboards and the integration of Generative AI (Gen AI) agents across key organizational workflows. This role blends technical automation with innovative AI integration to enhance business intelligence, customer support, product quality testing, and internal process efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Automation of MIS Reporting & Dashboards: Design, automate, and maintain MIS reporting processes to enhance decision-making. Build real-time automated dashboards across departments using integrated data sources. Consolidate data from databases, CRMs, ERPs, and other systems into streamlined reporting pipelines. Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and integrity in all dashboards and reports. Work with business stakeholders to close reporting gaps and inefficiencies . 2. Development & Integration of Gen AI Agents: Develop and deploy Generative AI agents to automate product workflows, support functions, and quality testing. Build AI-driven solutions for handling customer support inquiries , reducing manual workload. Integrate AI-based testing bots into CI/CD pipelines to ensure automated product quality assurance. Collaborate with product teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation across the organization. Continuously improve the performance and effectiveness of Gen AI agents based on feedback and business goals. 3. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with data engineers , analysts , and business teams to align reporting and automation outputs with organizational needs. Collaborate with product managers , developers, and AI experts to embed AI into operational workflows. Act as a subject matter expert on automation tools and Generative AI applications. 4. Continuous Improvement & Optimization: Stay informed about the latest AI and automation technologies and industry trends. Identify improvement areas in current workflows and propose scalable automation solutions. Ensure performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency of all automation efforts. Required Skills & Qualifications: Technical Expertise: Automation Tools: Strong proficiency in automation frameworks for data extraction, transformation, and dashboard/report generation. AI/ML Knowledge: Deep understanding of Generative AI , machine learning algorithms , and related frameworks. Cloud & Databases: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), SQL/NoSQL databases , and data warehouses. System Integration: Experience with API integrations , microservices , and automated workflow tools. Workflow Automation: Familiarity with tools like RPA , chatbots , and AI-based task automation. Soft Skills: Analytical Thinking: Excellent problem-solving abilities for complex automation and AI integration tasks. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication; able to convey technical topics to non-technical teams. Project Management: Ability to handle multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines without compromising on quality. Adaptability: Self-driven learner comfortable with emerging tools and changing tech environments. Preferred Experience: Proven success in automating reporting systems and dashboards, ideally in a B2B SaaS or tech environment . Practical experience with Gen AI agent development and integration in customer support , QA , or workflow automation . Demonstrated ability to design scalable automation solutions in a cloud-first environment . Experience working with large datasets and data processing pipelines.
