Automation Lead/Architect Python

As an Automation Lead Architect at Prismberry, you will play a crucial role in supporting the engineering and IT teams by developing, maintaining, and enhancing the automation infrastructure, tools, and applications. Your responsibilities will involve identifying areas where automation and tooling can be beneficial, delivering well-documented and thoroughly tested software solutions, and meeting deadlines and milestones effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Develop a Python Automation Suite for hardware platforms utilized in servers. - Architect and design Automation Suite to cater to multiple platforms. - Lead the automation team and ensure timely delivery of project milestones. - Create and execute tests for firmware and system software components. - Establish and manage suites of automated regression tests. - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define testing specifications and priorities aligned with project schedules and roadmaps. - Work closely with development teams to understand test design, implementation, and execution specifics. - Ensure the appropriate testing tools and processes are utilized throughout the testing phase. Job Details: - Position: Automation Lead Architect - Employment Type: Permanent - Working Hours: 9 hours/day - Location: Noida - Working Days: 5 days/week - Experience: 10+ years Key Skills and Experience Required: - Minimum of 10+ years of experience as an individual contributor with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a recognized University. - Proficient in Python with exceptional debugging and programming skills. - Strong familiarity with various testing frameworks, packages, and methodologies. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, a strong work ethic, and collaborative mindset. - Hands-on experience working with microcontrollers and microprocessors. - Practical knowledge of the Robot automation framework. - Familiarity with test frameworks like PyTest, Unit-test, Flask, and others for Python development. - Expertise in CI/CD and DevOps principles with the ability to create pipelines using Jenkins and open-source tools. - Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP would be advantageous. - Understanding of tools for implementing Kubernetes, containers, or virtualization technologies is preferred. - Practical experience with any Version Control System like GIT is a must.
