Job Description

The purpose of your role is to lead various automation initiatives pertaining to strategic accounts in a Business Unit (BU) to ensure better client engagement. You will be responsible for leading automation roadmaps and strategies for various Business Units. This includes understanding the requirements needed to implement automation for different accounts in BUs and shortlisting accounts based on size and maturity. Your role will involve driving automation maturity in the selected accounts to the next level and showcasing Wipro's capabilities to drive automation and achieve ROI for the customers. Additionally, you will be required to ensure that contractual commitments for specific projects are met by understanding the scope and requirements, implementing the necessary software and infrastructures for automation, and maintaining scalable standards of dashboards and process support systems for active automation monitoring. You will need to develop and review Account Automation Plans for each account in consultation with account partners and delivery teams. This also involves reviewing automation projects in progress, resolving complex escalations related to operations, production, quality control, schedules, and maintenance, as well as coming up with solutions for automation-related issues in the development unit. It is essential to manage access control appropriately to protect export-controlled, proprietary, and sensitive project information. You will also be responsible for periodically reviewing project status completion vis--vis the project plan and ensuring successful rollouts. Identifying capability gaps within the team and staying updated on upcoming automation trends, technologies, and ways of working are also part of your role. Maintaining customer relationships and maximizing customer references to ensure business continuity is crucial. Collecting feedback from customers and aligning internal resources to address any gaps are also key responsibilities. Your performance will be measured based on client engagement metrics such as CSAT, customer references, customer solutions, and mean time to resolve customer issues. Additionally, you will be evaluated on BOT implementation metrics including work done by bots for platform/non-platform accounts and the number of platform accounts per DU.
