Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Perform manual and automated testing within Agile/Scrum teams throughout the development lifecycle to ensure built-in quality
Collaborate with scrum teams on test planning, execution, and demos alongside verification leads
Conduct functional, performance, load, and reliability testing to validate software robustness
Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts using Selenium and BDD frameworks
Document test plans, protocols, and reports to ensure validation and compliance standards are met
Troubleshoot and triage issues, coordinating with cross-functional teams for timely resolution
Maintain traceability of requirements to guarantee comprehensive test coverage
Work with version control and test management tools such as GitHub, ADS, ClearQuest, and Windchill
Support continuous improvement of testing processes and frameworks
Preferred: Gain experience with cloud-based testing environments
