You are seeking an experienced and innovative Email Marketing and Automation Strategist to lead Email Marketing for IW (Ideal World) and SMS Marketing for both IW and TJC. Your role will involve developing, executing, and optimizing email and SMS campaigns to drive engagement, increase conversions, and enhance customer loyalty. A deep understanding of audience segmentation, marketing automation, and performance optimization is essential for this position. **Role Overview:** As an Email Marketing and Automation Strategist, you will be responsible for: - Developing and managing end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including promotional, lifecycle, and triggered campaigns. - Collaborating with design and content teams to craft compelling email templates aligning with brand guidelines. - Segmenting and personalizing email lists to enhance customer engagement and drive conversions. - Monitoring email performance, generating reports, and optimizing strategies based on analytics. - Implementing A/B testing to maximize open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates. - Ensuring email campaigns are GDPR compliant and adhere to best practices. - Managing the email calendar for IW, coordinating with marketing and sales for timely promotions. For SMS Marketing (IW & TJC), your responsibilities will include: - Designing and executing SMS marketing campaigns to engage and retain customers. - Strategizing and implementing segmentation for targeted SMS blasts to drive sales and enhance brand presence. - Monitoring delivery rates, CLICK rates, and conversions for SMS campaigns. - Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints. - Identifying opportunities for automation and personalization within SMS channels. **Key Responsibilities:** - Create automated email and SMS journeys, including welcome series, re-engagement, and post-purchase follow-ups. - Leverage marketing automation platforms to optimize campaign performance and lifecycle marketing. - Identify and execute opportunities for process improvements and automation efficiencies. - Maintain and optimize customer data for effective targeting and personalization. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree - 2-4 years of experience in Email Marketing and Automation - Strong understanding of audience segmentation, marketing automation, and performance optimization Please note that this role is based in Jaipur and requires onsite work as a full-time commitment with a yearly compensation ranging from 500,000 to 600,000.,
