Automation Developer(Pega)

Role Overview: You are a highly skilled automation developer with expertise in building automation solutions using Pega, specifically as a Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA). Your role involves designing and implementing scalable, enterprise-grade solutions, with a focus on case management, decisioning, integrations, and performance optimization leveraging advanced features. Key Responsibilities: - Design and architect end-to-end Pega solutions, utilizing case lifecycle management and optimized stage/step configurations aligned with complex business requirements. - Develop and configure Data Pages for efficient data sourcing and caching strategies to enhance application performance. - Implement and maintain Decision Rules and advanced Declarative Rules to ensure dynamic business logic execution. - Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to translate requirements into reusable Pega rules and case structures. - Build integrations using Connectors and Services for seamless interaction with external systems and APIs. - Maintain technical documentation, including rule sets, class structures, and integration specs. - Promote Agile development practices, participate in SCRUM ceremonies, and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives. - Guide and mentor junior architects and developers on complex features and best practices. Qualifications Required: - Automation solution creation experience using Pega and other related technologies. - Minimum of 7 years hands-on experience in developing and architecting Pega BPM applications (version 7.x / 8.x). - Pega Certifications preferred, especially CSSA. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams with continuous integration and delivery practices.,
