Automation Developer (Pega)

You are a highly skilled automation developer with experience in building automation solutions, specifically using Pega with Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification. You have a total experience of 5 to 10 years and are based in Bangalore/NCR. Key Responsibilities: - Design and architect end-to-end Pega solutions, focusing on case lifecycle management and optimized configurations aligned with complex business requirements. - Develop and configure Data Pages for efficient data sourcing and caching strategies to enhance application performance. - Implement Decision Rules and Declarative Rules to ensure dynamic business logic execution. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into reusable Pega rules and case structures. - Build integrations using Connectors and Services for seamless interaction with external systems and APIs. - Maintain technical documentation and promote Agile development practices. - Guide and mentor junior architects and developers. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Experience in creating automation solutions using Pega and related technologies. - Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in developing and architecting Pega BPM applications. - CSSA certification is a must. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD practices.,
