As a VP Automation Test Architect, you will be leading enterprise automation initiatives across business units. Your role requires you to be a thought leader with deep technical expertise in automation frameworks, RPA, test automation, AI/ML-based solutions, and DevOps. You will drive the automation roadmap, ensure alignment with business goals, and manage cross-functional teams to execute large-scale automation transformations. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with: - Proven expertise in test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG, JUnit. - Deep knowledge of RPA platforms like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism. - Familiarity with AI/ML automation use cases, such as intelligent document processing and anomaly detection. - Strong understanding of DevOps tools and practices including Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes. - Experience in building automation COEs (Centers of Excellence). - Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, and infrastructure as code (IaC). - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Some other highly valued skills may include certifications in automation technologies like ISTQB, UiPath Advanced RPA Developer, AWS DevOps Engineer. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing comprehensive test plans and strategies to validate software functionality and ensure compliance with quality standards. - Creating and executing automated test scripts using testing frameworks and tools to detect defects and quality issues early. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, participate in design discussions, and contribute to the development of acceptance criteria. - Conducting root cause analysis for identified defects and working closely with developers for defect resolution. - Participating in code reviews, promoting a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing. - Staying informed of industry technology trends and innovations, actively contributing to the organization's technology communities. This role is based in Pune. As a Vice President, you are expected to contribute to setting strategy, driving requirements, and making recommendations for change. You will plan resources, budgets, and policies, manage and maintain policies/processes, deliver continuous improvements, and escalate policy/procedure breaches.
