Automation Architect - Selenium Java + Appium - Hyderabad - Bank

We are seeking an experienced Automation Architect with expertise in Selenium and Appium to lead our automation efforts for our banking applications in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test automation, excellent technical skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality software. Responsibilities Design and implement automation frameworks using Selenium with Java and Appium for mobile application testing. Collaborate with development and QA teams to identify test requirements and create effective test plans. Develop and maintain automated test scripts and ensure high test coverage for applications. Analyze test results and report defects using defect tracking tools. Continuously improve the automation processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Provide technical guidance and support to team members on automation best practices. Skills and Qualifications 10-18 years of experience in automation testing with a strong focus on Selenium and Appium. Proficiency in Java programming language and experience with test automation frameworks. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies. Experience with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) tools like Jenkins, Git, etc. Knowledge of REST API testing and automation. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in an Agile environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
