Automation and UI Specialist

You are a highly skilled Automation and UI Specialist responsible for enhancing data-driven processes and web development capabilities. Your deep understanding of Google Sheets, Google Apps Script, JavaScript, and web development technologies will be crucial in automating workflows, creating insightful visual reports, and contributing to web application development to improve operational efficiency across teams. As an Automation and UI Specialist, your key responsibilities include automating data workflows and tasks using Google Apps Script and JavaScript to reduce manual intervention and increase efficiency. You will also contribute to the development of web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Java. Your role involves creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces using HTML and CSS, collaborating with the team using Git for version control and code management, identifying and troubleshooting technical issues in a timely manner, effectively communicating with team members, stakeholders, and clients, and staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. To excel in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, etc., and possess 3-5 years of experience. Proficiency in operating systems like Linux OS and basic Linux commands, a strong understanding of appscript/JavaScript, experience with HTML and CSS for UI development, and familiarity with Git for collaborative development are must-have technical skills. Additionally, experience with ETL processes and data integration, knowledge of JavaScript frameworks or libraries (e.g., Node.js, React), and an understanding of data governance, security, and quality assurance best practices are good-to-have skills.
