We’re building cutting-edge solutions for industrial and infrastructure clients and need a skilled Senior Accountant to manage our growing financial operations with accuracy, compliance, and insight. Key Responsibilities: Financial Accounting & Reporting: Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and reconciliations. Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as per Indian Accounting Standards. Handle project-based accounting and cost tracking for multiple client projects. Taxation & Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely filing of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory returns. Handle vendor and client taxation queries; reconcile GST input and output monthly. Coordinate with external auditors and maintain audit-ready documentation. Budgeting & Financial Control: Prepare budgets, monitor expenses, and track project-wise profitability. Support management in cash flow forecasting and cost control strategies. Manage vendor payments, client invoicing, and follow-up for collections. Procurement & Inventory Accounting: Maintain records of material purchases, equipment, and consumables. Work closely with procurement and project teams to validate bills, GRNs, and work orders. Ensure proper capitalization and depreciation tracking for electrical tools, machinery, and assets. Systems & Process Improvement: Set up and streamline accounting systems (Tally Prime, Zoho Books, or ERP). Develop internal financial controls and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Support financial decision-making with data-driven insights and analysis. What We’re Looking For: Master degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance (CA Inter / CMA preferred). 5–8 years of accounting experience, preferably in engineering, or electrical contracting companies. Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances. Proficiency in accounting software (Tally Prime / Zoho Books / QuickBooks / ERP). Experience in project cost accounting and revenue recognition. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
