Location: MIDC Malegaon, Sinnar, Nashik - 422113 We are looking for a Production / QC Supervisor to join our growing & glowing team at Autofits Packaging Pvt. Ltd. Role Highlights Oversee day-to-day production & quality control in a 12-hour shift environment. Ensure compliance with set processes, quality standards, and safety norms. Coordinate with production teams, maintenance, and quality for smooth operations. Maintain records, daily reports, and take ownership of shift output. What We’re Looking For Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical, Industrial, or a relevant field. ~5 years’ experience in manufacturing/packaging/pharma / allied industry preferred. Strong leadership, problem-solving & team-handling skills. Willingness to work in shift operations (12 hrs).
