Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Draftsman to prepare accurate drawings and documentation for architectural projects. The role involves supporting architects and design teams by translating concepts into detailed technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, sections, and elevations.
Develop construction and working drawings as per design specifications.
Modify and update drawings based on design changes and site inputs.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure drawing accuracy.
Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and project requirements.
Maintain proper documentation and drawing records.

Requirements:

Diploma or certification in Architectural Drafting / Civil Drafting.
2–5 years of experience in an architectural or design firm.
Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or BIM tools is a plus.
Good understanding of architectural detailing and construction methods.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
