AutoCAD Draughtsman/woman

As an AutoCAD & 3D Designer at our company, you will play a crucial role in transforming design concepts into reality. Your creative skills and attention to detail will be utilized in preparing detailed drawings, 3D models, and layouts for residential and commercial projects. You will collaborate with the design team to ensure that the final output meets the client's expectations. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare detailed AutoCAD 2D drawings such as plans, elevations, and sections. - Create high-quality 3D Models & Render Outputs for various projects. - Engage in space planning and design conceptualization. - Translate site measurements into accurate CAD layouts. - Develop working drawings for furniture, electrical, plumbing, and ceiling elements. - Demonstrate proficiency in material, color, and finish selection to align with design concepts. - Collaborate with site team, vendors, and project managers effectively. - Incorporate client feedback to modify designs and visuals. - Take ownership of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) understanding and drawing accuracy. - Maintain project files and documentation up to date. Skills Required: - Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D Drafting Mandatory) - Strong knowledge of 3D Max / SketchUp / Lumion / V-Ray / Enscape (any one mandatory) - Ability to interpret and produce site execution drawings - Good design sense and visualization skills - Command over measurements, scaling, and detailing - Strong understanding of materials, textures, lighting, and color balance - Knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PPT) Qualification: - Diploma/Degree in Interior Design or Architecture - Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred In addition, we offer a full-time job opportunity with flexible schedules and the option to work from home.
