Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead the implementation and management of BIM processes for Marine, civil infrastructure, bridges, oil & gas, commercial, residential, or industrial projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
Work closely with architects, engineers, and multidisciplinary teams to develop detailed, high-quality BIM models across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
Conduct coordination reviews, identify clashes, and resolve conflicts using advanced BIM tools.
Preparation of Autocad 2D drawings, well versed with Civil 3D
Create and refine 3D models for construction documentation, schedules, and analysis.
Guide and train team members on BIM tools and workflows to ensure optimal productivity and skill development.
Prepare accurate construction documents, schedules, and project deliverables directly from BIM models.
Utilize industry-leading tools such as Revit, Navisworks, and Dynamo to optimize project workflows and outcomes.
Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, present design concepts, and adapt models as needed.

Ensure the accuracy and consistency of BIM models throughout the project lifecycle

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors/Diploma in civil Engineering or ITI-civil.

5-10 years of professional experience in design and BIM roles, with a proven track record in large-scale projects.

Advanced proficiency in BIM tools (Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo and similar).
Well versed to work in Civil 3D, Autodesk construction cloud
Familiarity with additional software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Rhino is a plus.
Experience in Marine, civil infrastructure, bridges, oil & gas, commercial, residential, or industrial.
